During this pandemic, I have actively bridged my services to accommodate virtual online appointments via phone and video (Zoom), and can easily adapt to your session needs. In these virtual sessions, I have found I can accomplish a comparable, highly effective, and supportive experience. I will offer my help throughout the length of the pandemic and beyond, continuing to be available to your preference, whether it is eventually returning to in-person, continuing via Zoom or phone appointments.

I am here to help you build an understanding of how stress impacts your body, mind and spirit. After years of training and specialized focus on trauma, I can help you learn how to listen to what your body may be trying to tell you. I will gently guide you to complete your body's self-protective motor responses, to release thwarted survival energies bound in your system, to allow your body's own innate self-regulation to progress, and, with purposeful intention, how to relax into your natural healing process. Together, we can boost your self-awareness and support the transformation of your symptoms into a more balanced, replenished, resilient, and more unified, you.
Although it is understandable and very relatable that we sometimes falter under the weight of stress in our lives, I have come to understand it is critical to our well being, and sometimes our very survival, that we get our sense of center back quickly. I teach how to do this, and it begins with learning how to regulate your physiological symptoms of stress.
